From April 21st, registration is closed.
Registration to JPH 2023 includes housing for Wednesday May, 31st and Thursday June 1st nights in the holiday resort Le Domaine de Françon in Biarritz and meals from Wednesday May, 31st lunch to Friday June, 2nd lunch (2 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners) and all the coffee breaks on location. Registration at early bird prices is possible from Monday October 17th 2022 until Friday April 7th 2023, then regular price from Saturday April 8th 2023 until Friday April 21st 2023 (see below for details about registration fees). Past April 21st, no more registration will be accepted!
Registration fees: Early bird (from October 17th 2022 to April 7th 2023): - Student and PhD candidates (double room housing): 300 € - Postdoc and Permanent researchers (single room housing): 400 € - Exhibitors and industrials: 600 €
Regular (from April 8th 2023 to April 21st 2023): - Student and PhD candidates (double room housing): 370 € - Postdoc and Permanent researchers (single room housing): 500 € - Exhibitors and industrials: 750 €
For people with dietary restrictions, please mention it in your registration. Should you forget, you can always send us an email at jph2023@sciencesconf.org. Payment is possible by credit card or ordrer form (Bon de commande, only for French academic labs). Gather all information before starting your registration (ex. your contact details, fee category, payment method, dietary restrictions, etc...), it is indeed impossible to come back to it later and complete any missing information. Warning! It is important to go to the end of the registration, payment especially, for it to be valid. Once your registration validated, you will get an email from Azur colloque.
