The conference will take place in the holiday resort VTF Le Domaine de Françon, located 81 Rue de Salon, 64200 Biarritz (France). Room and meals will be provided from May 31st to June 2nd.

How to get to the location:

By car: A63 exit Biarritz Parme, RN 10 - Autopont, direction Bayonne. Before the autopont, take a right, to Biarritz centre (avenue Kennedy) then rue Francis James on the left (Lycée Hôtelier on your right)to the rue de Salon. The resort Le domaine de Françon is on your left.

By train: Biarritz train station (1.5 km away from the resort).

By plane: Biarritz-Parme airport (2 km away from the resort).

By bus: Bus tickets can be bought on dedicated terminals at the train station or the airport for 1.20€.

• From the Biarritz train station: Bus 38 to Bayonne Place des Basques and get off at Barchalot stop.
  
• From the Biarritz airport: Bus 4 to Bidart Izarbel and get off at the Viaduc Gare de Biarritz stop then bus 38 to Bayonne Place des Basques and get off at the Barchalot stop or Bus 4 to Bidart Izarbel and get off at the Viaduc Gare de Biarritz stop then 20 min walk or Bus 3 to Hendaye Grande Plage and get off at the Viaduc Gare de Biarritz stop then bus 38 to Bayonne Place des Basques and get off at the Barchalot stop or Bus 3 to Hendaye Grande Plage and get off at the Fal stop then 10 min walk.
